These Terms govern your use of https://elephantaudio.pk (“the Site”) and any engagement with Elephant Audio (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you accept these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational and project-inquiry purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts its availability for other visitors.
- Attempt to access non-public areas, probe for vulnerabilities, or run automated scrapers at a rate that affects performance.
- Submit false, misleading, or third-party personal information via the contact form.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1 Site content
The Site’s design, code, text, logos, and brand marks are owned by Elephant Audio. You may share links to the Site freely. Republishing substantial Site content without written permission is not permitted.
2.2 Portfolio works
Videos embedded in our portfolio are the property of their respective clients and remain subject to those clients’ licensing. They are embedded here with the cooperation of those clients for the limited purpose of showcasing our production credit. If you are a rights holder and would like an embed removed, email abubakar@elephantaudio.pk.
2.3 Engagement deliverables
Ownership of deliverables produced under a project engagement is governed by the specific Statement of Work or contract for that engagement, not by these Terms.
3. Quotations and engagement
Anything we send in response to a project inquiry — including budget ranges, timelines, and creative directions — is indicative until a written agreement is signed by both parties. We reserve the right to decline projects.
4. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We aim for accuracy in everything we publish but do not warrant that the Site is error-free or available without interruption.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Elephant Audio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site.
6. Third-party links
The Site links to external services (YouTube, social platforms, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or terms of those services.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
